Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including innerwear, personal care items, and products marked as final sale. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact page with your order details. We will provide return instructions and pickup options where available.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you need a different size or color, we can process an exchange subject to stock availability. Exchanges are handled after the original item is received and verified.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
